How Much Money does the Real Estate Listing Agent that lists my house into the MLS get paid?
The Listing real estate agent only gets paid a flat fee for listing your property into the MLS. Why would the listing real estate agent want to list my home in the MLS if they’re not going to receive a commission when it sells? Realtors in our network provide services for a flat fee for two main reasons – volume business and more exposure for their real estate firm.
