After 20 years experience and an MHA, a person could potentially become the administrator or CEO of a hospital or health system, which could be $100,000 + in today`s dollars. We currently have people enrolled who have technical jobs, such as lab technologists, IT and Finance/patient accounts representatives, they all have 4 year degrees and entry level jobs. They are seeking the MHA to have a competitive advantage when promotions roll around and they want to go for the next higher level of job. So they`re taking a chance on getting the advanced training in management they MHA gives so they can move up the ladder.
