How much money does it cost to have the music and technology programs, and what is it used for?
A. We receive no financial support from the school district for our music and technology programs. Between salaries/benefits, equipment and materials, as well as other operational costs we need to raise $160,000 this year to support these programs. It has always been the intention of the Board of Directors to take a portion of annual funds raised to build a capital fund. Ultimately, the capital fund would enable the Foundation to move toward become self-supporting and minimize our dependence on fundraising efforts.
