A. An Army ROTC scholarship at Jacksonville State University pays Full Tuition to include a monthly spending allowance of $300 to $500 depending on what academic year you are in. (Freshman= $300, Sophomore=$350, Junior=$450, Senior=$500) and a Yearly Book Allowance of $900. Also, scholarship students are eligible for Room and Board scholarships from the Military Science Department.
