A. Calvary Retirement Community Ryde will refund upon termination of the licence, 85% of the original ingoing contribution. This refund is applicable regardless of the length of stay in the village or the amount of the new ingoing contribution. Deferred management fees do not apply. An amount of 15% of the original ingoing contribution is deducted as a donation to Calvary Retirement Community Ryde.
