How much money can our group expect to fund raise by working at the University of Phoenix Stadium?
Our payment structure is commission, based on net sales of the concession stand. The amount of fund raising dollars greatly depends on number of volunteers, size of stand worked and number of events. Is there training? There is a mandatory non – profit orientation where all members of your group must attend. This class is a introduction to our policies and procedures as well as our alcohol serving policy. This class is approximately a two (2)hour time commitment. Additional training for job specific training i.e., stand manager, head cashier, cashier and cook training is provided prior to the non profit orientation classes and will last approximately an hour.
