Due to SEC regulations we cannot project potential income from the Private Residences, unless you are an accredited investor with net worth of $1M or more (you will have to sign a statement to that effect). The Private Residences are sold as real estate and should not be construed to represent any kind of sale of securities, which can only be offered by prospectus.
