AiPlanet’s official recommended minimum is 256 Mb. You will find that if you plan to run development tools like iAB on the same server, plus a database engine, plus a Web server, you will need a lot more memory than this. There are reports that it will work with less, but not very effectively. I have found that the memory requirements for the application server are larger by about 50% under extremes of load.
