How much meat can you eat on a Flexitarian Diet?
I have developed three flexitarian levels (beginner, advanced, expert) and depending on how much meat you eat you will fall into one of those categories. The MOST IMPORTANT part of flexitarianism is not how many meatless days you have but rather “beefing” up the number of vegetarian meals you prepare and eating more vegetarian foods such as beans, nuts, whole grains and produce.
