How much maintenance is required to use the Track Pans correctly?

0

The Track Pans are virtually maintenance-free. Visual inspection of the sealing gaskets located between the rails and Pans should take place every six (6) months. If Track Pan Covers are used, the sealing gasket located inside each Center Cover “spout” should also be visually inspected every six (6) months. In addition, if Covers are used, leaves and other debris that may inhibit stormwater flow through the “stormwater ports” (located in the Center Track Pan Stormwater Feature) should be removed when present.
