How much luggage can I bring on flights between Europe and the United States?

0

On our flights between Europe (including Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia) and the United States or Canada, the piece concept applies. This means you may bring a certain number of items of check-in luggage. Please note that for tickets purchased after November 1, 2009 for flights between Europe and the United States or Canada, you may check in only 1 piece of luggage in Economy Class free of charge. A second piece you can check in for a fee of EUR 50 when departing Europe. If you arrange for a second piece when checking in online via KLM.com, you pay 20% less! When departing the United States, the fee for a second bag is USD 50, or CAD 50 when leaving Canada. If you travel in World Business Class or if you are a Flying Blue Silver, Gold or Platinum member you may bring 2 pieces free of charge. For each additional piece, the standard fees apply.
