How much lemon and cayenne pepper can I use to detox my body of toxins?
There is nothing wrong with lemon and cayenne pepper in moderation, but there is no reason to think that they would be especially effective in removing toxins from your body. I wish there were a magical answer to this, but the hard reality is that there is not. If you want to “detoxify” your body, then eat healthy foods, drink plenty of water, exercise regularly, and avoid putting toxins INTO your body (like nicotine and alcohol). I know that this advice is not as exciting as the latest fad in alternative treatments. It’s the same boring advice we always get. The thing is, do you want the truth, or do you just want to hear what you want to hear? Staying healthy is a long-term, lifestyle kind of thing.
