A14: We like to be able to respond to any request, and we have conducted programs with a couple days notice. Of course, all programs are subject to resource availability. In recent years the lead time for events has shortened and we do get requests for one week in advance on occasions. Most client book at least 1 -2 months out and clients that we have worked with over the years have us booked in 12 months in advance.
