How much latency is added to the service?
Latency is the time between your requesting a website, and time it takes to return the data to your computer from the internet. The round-trip delay for our system is 1/2 second. This is comparable with most Internet connections. Latency can be increased by other factors, such as General Internet connection, speed of the connection from the system you are requesting information. For Example if you requested a web page from Microsoft, your return time would be less than a second, however if you were to request a web page from someone who has a slower connection to the internet, the time to get the data, would be slower. Connectivity speed is truly dependant on the speed of the connection from the server you are requesting data from, along with the number of routers your going through.
