• The recommended range for protein concentration is 2-10 µg per mL of incubation medium in a 4 to 5 mL total volume. Therefore, the minimum amount recommended is 8-10 µg of labeled protein. For the XPRESS Profiler725 we recommend using 10-30 µg/mL.
