If you are eligible for the COBRA subsidy/premium reduction, the government will pay 65% of your total premium and you will be responsible for the remaining 35%. The premium includes the 2% administration fee. For example, if your total monthly premium including the 2% administration fee is $1,000, the government will pay $650 and you will pay $350.
