How much is the listing fee?
A- There is no such thing as a usual or standard listing fee. All fees are negotiable and vary based on the property, location, property condition, terms, requirements, exceptions, etc. Listing fees typically range from 4% to 8%, but again the fee for your individual property will be based on your individual circumstances. Real estate agencies are not allowed to have a set listing fee.
