How much is the Guaranty (residual value) fee under the Insurent® Lease Residual Value Policy?
On average, the guaranty fee for U.S. parties will approximate 75%-80% of a month’s rent. Average guaranty fees for non U.S. parties without U.S. based credit history will approximate 110% of a months rent. Your specific fee will depend upon the outcome of a review of your credit and financial condition. Upon execution of the lease, the lease will be guaranteed under the Insurent® Lease Guaranty Program.The guaranty fee is per lease, not per person.
