If I have done my currency conversion correctly, and translated these web sites correctly given my limited Spanish fluency, ADSL runs between $7700 and $17900 in Colombian pesos, or $3.46 to $8.04 U.S. dollars, depending on company and city. I was only able to find cable internet access pricing for one city, Bucaramanga, and that ranged from $1.12 to $11.32 U.S. depending on the package chosen.
