How much is shipping & handling and what is the $5.00 processing fee ?
You pay a $5 per order processing fee plus the shipping and handling fee for each item; there are no other charges. The $5 processing fee will be added to your total bill just before you pay by credit card. For example, if you use your entire gift certificate at one time, you will only pay one $5.00 processing fee. The market cost of the actual product is deducted from your Shopping Spree total. All fees must be paid by credit card for orders that are placed online. If you do not have a credit card you may order a printed catalog and shop by mail. When ordering by mail, you may enclose a money order to pay for the shipping & handling of your item(s) and the $5 per order processing fee.
