How Much is Shipping and Handling?
A. Third day shipping & handling charges are complimentary for every order. Second day shipping & handling is $20, and Next day shipping & handling is $50. In some cases our products may be available for Saturday or Sunday delivery for an additional charge. Please remember these shipping times do not include production time of your Personal Monument.
We try to charge the same amount that we pay for return shipping. Your items & order will be return shipped through the USPS or UPS Ground with insurance and tracking. The tracking number will be emailed to you. There is a minimum $8.95 return shipping charge because we often return 2 packages – one with the originals and another with the new CD’s & DVD’s. Shipping charges vary depending on the destination, size of the order, the weight and amount of material being shipped. If there is any additional shipping due over the $8.95 (usually only a few dollars) we will email back the amount or include an invoice with the returned order. USPS Ground We ship all orders, EXCEPT Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, via USPS ground. There is a FLAT rate for these orders of $9.95 per order except orders that contains protein powder*. We will ship orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico via FedEx 2nd Day Air. The shipping and handling charge for these orders will be determined by the weight of the order. After your order is received, the shipping and handling charge will be returned and the cost will be sent to the customer via return email. Once the customer approves the charge, again by return email, the order will be processed and shipped. *Any orders that contain protein powders, once your order is received, the shipping and handling charge will be determined and the additional cost of the shipping will be added on to your final cost, then it will be processed and shipped. **Military customers** Please note, in order for our system to recognize the correct military shipping cost to your orders, you must put the correct
