How much is it per additional GB bandwidth?
Additional bandwidth can be purchased at the rate of $0.50 per GB bandwidth. If you purchase in bulk amounts the cost decreases on the per gb scale. • Can I have a dedicated IP for my reseller account? Yes dedicated IP addresses are avaliable. The cost per IP is $3.00 a month. • Do you answer support tickets from our clients? No we do not support your clients however if your clients ask a question that you do not have the answer to you can certainly open a support ticket with us and we will do our best to answer it. • Do you do backups of my client’s sites? Yes! Each server is equipped with multiple hard drives to store backups. Every day your site is backed up and store on the backup hard drive. Then once a week we will move everything from the backup hard drive onto our remote backup server. This means we have every site backed up twice, but remember you are the one responsible for your site and we suggest you maintain a backup of your site as well!
