I would say that one package of vanilla sugar contains at least one TBSP sugar and one tsp vanilla mixed together. When I use these packages I just add regular white sugar called for in the recipe, just a little less, and as an flavour enhancer for what I’m baking a package or two of the vanilla sugar.
