Why don’t you take yourself to the store (dollar store, if one nearby) and buy yourself a set of measuring cups. There are measuring cups that come in either plastic or aluminum, usually plastic, that are for measuring dry ingredients. These come in 1 cup, 3/4 cup, 2/3 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup, & 1/4 cup sizes, and are nested together. The wet measuring cups usually come in glass so you can see through them to make sure you have an accurate measure. These come in 1 cup, 2 cup, 4 cup, and 8 cups sizes. The 4 cup (quart size) and 8 cup (half gallon) sizes are used for making and pouring pancake batters, cake batters, etc. You would only need a 1 cup size. I live in Ohio, and at the dollar store I can find nesting measuring cups for around $1.00 a set.
