Water is charged by the amount used during a three-month period. The minimum fee is $74.00 for 12,000 gallons. An additional fee of $6.20 is charged for each 1,000 gallons over 12,000 gallons. Sewer charges are based on the number of bedrooms per unit for condos/townhomes. A one bedroom unit pays $815 , a two-bedroom unit pays $835 and three bedroom (or more) unit pays $855 per year. The annual charge is divided into 4 equal payments and added to the water bill. A single family home is charged $855 annually and the charges are also divided into 4 equal payments and added to the water bill. Seasonal rates are $210.00 per season from April 15 thru October 15.
