How much is a Zimbabwe 100 Million/Billion/Trillion Dollar bill worth?
As far as a currency at a bank exchange rate, nothing. After a period of the highest inflation recorded in history (conservative estimates pegged the inflation rate at 500 Billion Percent), Zimbabwe dollars were discontinued in early 2009. They were replaced with a system of ‘dollarization’ so that people used US dollars, Euros, Pounds, Rand and Pula primarily for all commerce. As a collectors item, the Zimbabwe 100 Trillion dollar note is probably worth somewhere around 2 dollars as long as it is in perfect uncirculated condition.
