How much is a full, walk-out, unfinished basement worth, compared to near identical houses without basements?
I’m looking in two neighborhoods in the Powder Springs, GA area. There are three very lovely houses with only minor variations, all having about 2700 feet of finished space. The one with the basement is listed for 270,000. The two without basements are listed at 240,000, and 245,000. Does a full basement add ten percent in value?
