The 1935 Bank of Canada $50 note printed in English catalogs for $1000 and up. The 1935 Banque du Canada $50 note printed in French catalogs for $2000 and up. In 1925, there were still private banks in Canada that issued banknotes up until 1935, and I can’t tell if your note is from one of them.
