How much information is provided to the Day Care Vendors and parents?
Vendors (providers) or parents will not have access to the data entered into CCTA. Providers that are using the web submittal software can see a list of children with current authorizations and their scheduled hours (or max hours for varying schedules). Providers also have the ability to print attendance reports and individual attendance sheets per child. Parents who have children attending a provider using the CCTA time clock have their own web portal where they can log in to view attendance hours and absences for a period.
