How much heat is reduced with 3M Window Film?
3M offers many different types of window film, from clear to neutral to highly reflective. In general, on clear double pane glass, the neutral films will reduce about 28 to 38% of the heat coming in through the glass. The more reflective films can reject up to 58%. On single pane glass, the numbers go even higher to about 59% for the neutral films and 72% for reflective.
