How much ginger is in ginger ale?
like they said if it’s mass produced and carbinated it’s crap not worth the time of someone that really wants ginger ale,what you do,or what i do not sure it this is any kind of standard is buy the fresh ginger root whole and then use a cheese grater to grate it fairly fine then just set aside the root(as this self heals and forms a new skin for later)then you mix it with carbonated water stir thuroughly strain it through a tea strainer mix the ginger rich water with and a dash of sugar depending on the glass size and you’ve almost got ginger ale lol i will post the rest when i do more research ***found the recipe for homade ginger ale(who could have imagined )i have looked far and wide and cannot find the exact amounts!
