How much flexibility is there in the submission deadline?
Complete student applications and faculty support materials must be received by 5 p.m. on Monday, February 28, 2011. Proposal materials are available starting in the fall and the electronic submission system is available starting February 1. Because of the time-sensitive nature of the selection process, no proposal materials can be accepted after the deadline. Given the month-long submission window, last-minute emergencies will not be considered.
