How much flexibility does the agency have in determining the amount of the payout for employees receiving bonuses?
1) Any amounts can be allocated to employees in the pool as long as the payout is no less than $750 and no more than $1500 for agencies with more than 6 managers contributing to the bonus pool OR 2) No less that $250 and no more than $1500 for agencies with less than 6 managers contributing to the pool.
