How much farther can the White Plains NY area fall?
I am in a decent situation where I don’t need to buy now, but after looking at 10 year trends for many of the homes on zillow it makes me nervous to move forward with buying a home. The 5 year trends aren’t as alarming, but still scary. I’d hate to buy a home and then a year later learn it is worth 30% less, and have to wait for a bubble to sell the home for what i purchased it at. I know NY realestate has held up better than the national average so far due to wall street but since that crapped out it makes me wonder how far we have until we are near the bottom.
