The question should be,how much less is a car worth without a spare key and the service manual !! With key and manual would be the norm.

I agree! It is probably worth about $15.00 for the manual and most cars come with a spare key. At least he isn’t keeping the spare key so he can steal the car back or take all your stuff out of it when you get it home. Or will he….? Don’t leave the manual in the car! He may have a 3rd key and come to steal it back! You can’t be too sure about people. Then he will use the 4th key to steal the new manual you bought to replace the one he stole with the 3rd key! Once he gets the money from selling the manuals on ebay, he may make more keys. I would just walk away from the deal. It is just too scarey for me.
