I don’t know your baby’s weight, but to find out how much the baby drinks in a day, multiply the weight by 2.5. So is she weighs 12 lbs she will eat 30 oz total in a day and about 3-4 oz in a feeding (eating 8 times a day). Of course some babies have huge appetites, so she might want to eat more less often, others are grazers and like to eat 2 ounces every couple of hours. So just give the 3.5 ounces a try, and if you find that she wants a lot more, or less you can adjust as needed.
