How much excercise does my dog need per day?
Working dogs and gun dogs need a larger diet and more exercise than show dogs. The other aspect that decides the duration of the exercise is the sort of exercise your dog is trained in. Most dogs need at least a round or two of invigorating exercise in a day. Good options include fetch and carry, or jogging if your dog can follow you on heal.
