The kits are optimized for the conjugation of 200 µg of antibody per reaction at a ratio of 2:1 (for the eF605NC) and 4:1 (for the eF650NC) antibody to eFluor® Nanocrystal. Therefore, each reaction in the kit contains 0.67 nmol of reactive eFluor® Nanocrystal for the eF605NC and 0.33 nmol for the eF650NC.
