How much effort is required to implement Oildex Connect?
The answer to this question varies with each Oildex service. CheckStub Connect, RunTicket Connect and GasRevenue Connect can be up and running within minutes. For operating companies, Spendworks requires the installation of a micro-server appliance on your local area network, called an adaptor. This laptop sized appliance provides a connection to our server, and is managed remotely. The configuration of Spendworks includes setting up roles and rights for the users of the system, to simulate the organizational structure of the client company. The customers’ native account codes are entered into the system for mapping the invoices. This effort will vary depending on how many individuals will be using the system and also on the complexity of the approval workflow.
