How much drying time does DuraStar™ polymers require?
Drying is very process dependent, but the recommended drying time for DuraStar™ polymers is 2-3 hrs. This is considerably shorter than other copolyesters. In many instances, less drying will be sufficient to produce beautiful, tough parts. We have had excellent results in some applications with as little as one hour of drying.
