For the prints and information to help you get your zoning questions answered, no down payment is required. If you wish a complete set of prints, so that you can get your site prepared, etc., a 20% deposit is required on the order. Should your zoning board request a stamped set of prints, there may be additional charges from a local architect or engineer.
