How much does THG charge for their services?
We charge on both an hourly basis and on a percentage basis, depending on the claim. One of the two will apply best to your situation. We try to set up our fee so that we only get paid based upon our performance. In some situations that is not possible but we try to arrange our fee in such a way that if we are not able to obtain any additional settlement for you then you owe us nothing at all. THG only gets paid when the insurance company settles with the insured so there is no financial burden for the insured, who is already under enough financial stress from the loss.
