How much does the TIP cost?
The Tobacco Intervention Program is a benefit provided by your employer to all EAP-eligible employees. For all eligible employees, the TIP services are free. At this time, family members of employees can also access the Tobacco Intervention Program at a minimal cost. Treating tobacco dependence is both clinically effective and extremely cost-effective, relative to treating other medical disease interventions (for example, persistent bronchitis, lung cancer, or COPD).
