• Paper copies are five cents per page (single- or double-sided). Documents on diskette are $1.00 per diskette. Those on CD are $1.00 per CD. Audiotapes are $2.00 each. Videotapes are $5.00 each. There may be an additional “special service charge” if extensive time is spent in compiling material in response to a request for copies. See Chapter 119.07(4)(d), F.S. • If the total cost of the copies is less than $1.00, there is no charge. See Chapter 350.06(7),F.S. • Checks or money orders should be made out to the Florida Public Service Commission. The Commission does not accept credit cards. Payment must be received before the copies can be sent.
