How much does the package cost?

A. The tier is available for $36.50. Q. Do I have to buy additional equipment to have the Cox Family Package? A. You must have a cable TV receiver to receive the family tier. The rental cost of one receiver is included in the package price of $36.50. Additional receivers may be leased for $4.50/month each, or you can choose to receive Limited Basic service only by hooking the cable directly to your television set. Q. Will I be charged a service fee to downgrade to the Family Package? A. Yes. Cox charges $19.99 for a trip charge. A technician must visit your home to install a device that filters out expanded and digital services. Q. Is the Family Package included in any of the Cox Connection Bundles? A. No. Our three-product bundles do not include the Family Package. You may not substitute the Family Package for digital cable in any Cox Connection Bundle. Q.
