The subscription fee for DIRECTV DVR service is now $4.99 per month and is waived for all TOTAL CHOICE® PREMIER package customers. The DIRECTV DVR service is free of charge to TOTAL CHOICE PREMIER package customers as long as they maintain their TOTAL CHOICE PREMIER package status. If you downgrade to a package other than TOTAL CHOICE PREMIER, a $4.99 monthly fee will apply.
