This includes the log walls, log second level floor joists (if applicable), structural log columns, log gables and purlins, and log trusses (if applicable). Delivery, site fabrication, crane, and assembly of the log shell generally averages from $6.50-$9 per square foot of floor area. Costs may increase depending on the location and complexity of the site.
