At Grand Rapids Ophthalmology, the most common type of Laser Vision Correction we perform is Custom BLADE FREE LASIK. Fees for procedures are inclusive (initial evaluation, corneal topography, Visx Custom WaveScan testing, the actual procedure and all post-operative visits* for 1 year following the date of initial procedure).
