How much does Solmere charge as a facilitator fee?
We charge a flat 15% of the gross purchase price for finding the property, assembling the 10 buyers, facilitating the CC&R’s and association documents, ensuring the property is fully furnished with everything needed to create a turn-key property for the owner, and managing the property over the 6 year period. There is no fee paid to us upon the sale of the property, only the normal commission paid to a real estate broker to handle the transaction.
