Looking to buy a Lexus soon, and was curious about how much it costs to get it serviced. A: It depends on how much you drive. If you drive 20,000 miles a year the lexus will cost about 1700-2200 annually depending on your location. Thats counting one brake job, 4 tires, 4 oil changes, one wheel alignment, 4 tire rotations and $200 for cleaning and msc things. This does not include the insurance cost. The gasoline should cost about $3300 or so again depending on your location based on 325 a gallon for premium fuel or about 28 cents a mile. The average lexus in our control includeing depreciation, insurance and finance charges is running between 70 and 80 cents a mile for 20,000 miles.
